What can I burn?

Please only burn wood (sticks, branches, dry firewood). Burning of stumps, paper, leaves, tires, man-made products, or construction debris IS PROHIBITED!

Do I need a permit?

If you want to have an open-air fire (bonfire, fire pit etc.) then yes, you need an approved permit. If you are having a barbecue a permit is not required.

How far away does the fire have to be from my house?

At least 75 feet away from any dwelling.
